This book review essay discusses “Cross-Cultural Aspects of Tourism and Hospitality” (Routledge, 4 September 2020, in English, ISBN: 9780367862893, Hardback: £128.00; Paperback: £26.39; E-book: £26.39) by Erdogan Koc, which provides a summary of culture research with a focus on tourism and hospitality.
